Digital transformation and Industry 4.0 have recently gained a foothold, especially in large corporations. The process typically happens through adopting an innovative business model or completely disrupting the traditional one. The research has the scope to describe the literature related to the new business models of Industry 4.0 and to find the existing applications in the fashion and luxury sectors. Subsequently, the assignment presents the Moncler case study to capture possibilities for future development projects related to innovation. The dissertation aims to analyze the response of a sample of potential customers to rental and second-hand business strategies. |
